Delivery: We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery is within 5 working days for UK orders and, for international orders, every effort is made to ensure delivery within 14 working days. These are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, postal delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds: If your order does not arrive, please contact us by email with your name, order number and delivery address so we can investigate with the postal service. Once the item has been confirmed as lost in transit, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement copy (subject to availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
